Payments are accepted through PayPal (USD).

Once payment is received, refunds are not available.

Full payment is required upfront after sketch approval.

Commercial work incurs a 30% increase on the total price.

Completion of a commission typically takes 2-3 weeks after payment has been made and the draft has been approved.

I will notify you if your commission is placed on a waitlist.

For non-commercial work, the artwork is for personal use only; it cannot be used commercially or for profit. Credit is required if you choose to upload or display the artwork publicly.

Feel free to request revisions throughout the process Major changes can be made during the rough phase, but only minor adjustments are available once the sketch is finalized.

I’ll keep you updated at each stage—draft, sketch, early render, and before finalization.

Additional fees may apply for highly detailed designs such as intricate armor, complex weapons, or heavily patterned outfits.

Each additional character on a single canvas adds an extra 100% to the base price.
